About Us
Homestead
We're a Christ centered family creating a thriving homestead in San Angelo, TX. We moved to our current location in Summer 2021 and began building our little homestead from scratch. Our goal is to provide products that are grown or made with care and intentionality. Our homestead is a project for the whole family, and we aim to steward the land and animals in a way that glorifies God. We enjoy the learning experiences it provides, and we're grateful for the opportunity to share with others.
Our Family
We're a homeschooling family of 6. God pieced our family together in the most beautiful way. We (Preston and Amber) married in 2009. Through adoption from foster care, we were blessed with our oldest two children in 2015, then we welcomed 2 more children in 2017 and 2021. We value a slow and simple life that includes church activities, gardening, raising poultry and pigs, hunting, fishing, food preservation, and spending quality family time together.
Products
Our homestead currently offers a variety of homemade jams and jellies, salsa, custom baked goods, balms and salves. We also host educational workshops that build community and teach important skill sets such as sourdough baking, canning, and gardening.
